Cisco Device Coverage Expiry and Renewal Payment

Hi 

My Cisco devices (Switch, AP, and WLC) have their coverage ending today (Coverage Start Date 10-Aug-2025 & Coverage Start Date: 20-Oct-2024). I have sent the renewal information to our local partner through the system integrator company. I need to make an additional payment for this.

@sithum hello sithum. normally there is buffer time for the contract renewals up to 30days. after that there will be a reinstatement fee and inspection to done by cisco TAC. chase your SI company to get the renewal done ASAP.
