GLC-T should work.  Just make sure to set the speed for the interface to 1000 before inserting it.

Thank you it work.

Also on my two 5596 i have no vlan is connected to my Cisco Nexus 7010 as a trunk do i need to create a vlan on the 5596 to configure one port on my Fex Extender to vlan 13 for or once i configure the port to vlan 13 it will just get the vlan from my core since is already create.

No, you would need to configure the 5596 with specific vlan you need and add the appropriate port to it as well.

But all my vlan are already on my core switch do still have to create the vlan on my 5596 in order to configure a port on the Fex for my servers.

So, let's walk through it.

If a server is connected to a FEX and the FEX is connected to the 5596 (layer-2 only) and if the 5596 connected too the core and the server is in vlan x, that vlan (layer-2 only) needs to be created on the 5596 as well as the core. The IP for that vlan (SVI) will be on the core.

My Server is connected to a 3750 right at the moment i will be retiring the 3750 and replace it with the 2232. My Fex are connected already to my 5596 and my 5596 is connected to my core as a trunk port

My server is on vlan 13 on my 3750 but that vlan is not on my 5596.

Bu my 5596 that is connected to the core is trunk as below

interface Ethernet1/1
description Uplink to N7K1
switchport mode trunk
channel-group 50 mode active
