CISCO IE 4010 Industrial Switch glitchy Console Login

Hi 

I m facing issue regarding console login by my laptop I tried follow producer to fix it but still not get succeed. 

Try to reset switch press 10 second or 15 second its restart and result same. IE4010 switch red light is not blinking. 

I removed all cables then restart (not working) then reset (not working) 

Then I have tried to use putty baud rates (1200, 2400, 3600, 4800, 6000, 7200, 8400, 9600, 10800, 11200) Not work. 

I also check console cable to other same model switch it was working fine. 

Please give me solution to fix this issue.

             - Tap the space bar during boot and or when these characters start appearing , check if that helps.
