Anybody know where I can get a bag of these Power and Alarm terminal block connectors? Our Cisco rep is of no help and apparently millions of dollars worth of switch purchases doesn't get you any extra connectors. You can see them at the below link.
I'm also going to add that it's pretty shocking that there is no way to be actually helped by someone in the Cisco supply chain when you spend hoards of money on this hardware. Just sell products and let a free community solve their own issues. It's crazy.
I know, it is crazy. I would call the owner or the CEO of the Cisco partner company you purchased all the products from and complain. This does not make sense. They need to help their customers. Sorry, you are going through this!
