Cisco IES3000 rebadged as Allen Bradley Stratix 8000

I have read various posts about this in the Cisco support community but was wondering f anyone knows if only Rockwell can support these switches directly and do they have a similar TAC service providing support for Stratix 8000 switches ( re-badged Cisco IES3000 ). I am a little uncertain as to whose IOS is in use is it a Rockwell adapted IOS written by them in conjunction with Cisco ? 

How do we get smartcare support or equivalent on this product ?

They might have the seperate tac but quite not sure.
