I am running Cisco IPS Manager express on a windows 7 box version 7.2.3 I had to upgrade my java version on my PC. Now Cisco IPS Manager will only run for about 10 minutes before it crashes with the popup message "Cisco IP S Manager encountered an internal out of memory problem and needed to close the application. We are sorry for the inconvenience. Does any one know how to fix this issue. I have un installed the product several time, I have even tried installing older versions of the product with the same issue. All discussions I have read all end with a user contacting support but I can not find what the result was.
Thank you

I figured out what is causing the issue. It is the RSS Feeds. Go into the RSS Feeds and delete all of them. you may need to exit and start the program back up again because your memory will be having the issue during the time you are editing this. The RSS Feeds WILL self reinstall if you reboot your machine. You just have to go back in and delete them all again. Also set the Subscriptions refresh every 30000 minutes. This has solved it for me on two different systems.
Good luck.

I can confirm this method works. Talk about night and day performance too. I just deleted all the feeds as I never used them anyway. Also, if anyone is wondering, IME works just fine under Windows 10 Pro x64.
