Cisco License Installation

After uploading the license file to the router flash, I have tried to installed the license file “FGL160710RU_20120922115039019.lic” in the respective router but I am getting the below error message. Please help us on the same why we are getting the error?

Hi,

If you do a show invent , do the serial number of the 2911 match the content of the license file. If not, you will have to get a new license.
