I have up graded all my 2960's to the latest IOS and now I am unable to access the switches in CNA. Does anyone have any IDEA

What version of Network Assistant?

What specific model of 2960s?

(Do you check release notes that your version of Network Assistant supports your model of 2960?)

I have Catalysis 2960-S no I did not check

When you do check, remember, you'll want to know your actual/specific model number.

I have the same problem, I checked and all my switches are supported based on the white pages.
