Cisco SFPs not recognized after upgrade

Hi all,

we did an upgrade of a 2x C9300-24S stack to 17.06.04, before the upgrade ports 1/0/2-1/0/5 were connected,

but after the upgrade these ports were showing notconnected, moved the same SFPs to ports 1/0/14-1/0/17 and it works.

we did reboot, but its same issue; SFPs are Cisco 1000BaseLX SFP or 1000BaseSX SFP; config was not changed; transceiver is type all

do you know what could be the issue here ?

Regards

Looks to me bug, how about defaulting the interface and plugging the SFP, do you see SFP plugged message?

Odd.  I thought I read "17.6.3".

Ok, next trick:  COLD reboot.

the first thing we tried was cold reboot, we also tried to delete port config and re/plug SFP, same status;

I found out issue is with ports from 1 to 12 and when l plug same SFP in port 14 for example then it works;

just found this bug, but behavior looks a bit different:

CSCvz74060: 9300: GLC-T and other SFPs do not report PID in show inventory

we are running 17.3.3 on 24s not seen this issue, i believe time for TAC case
