Cisco SG300 with IPTV streaming issue

i'm using SG300-28 as access switch for IPTV, and facing an issue about image quality as attached file.

i did try to swapped the sg300 to cisco 3650 and the result was good and no problem,

can anyone help me for advise

there's a big difference in throughput and capabilities between those switches , I don't use SMB switches but it may help to enable multicast for streaming traffic
