Cisco switch (2960X) port still disabled

I already try to shut and no shut for this port, but port still disabled, how do i fix this?

Post the complete output to the following commands: 

• sh interface status err
• sh post

I try with show post, and appear inline power post failed for port.

and ya, that port poe is broken i guess.

Do not delay.  Get that switch RMAed before end-of-support date.
