Hi
what software is loaded on the 1900 for the webui and what way is the http/s configured locally on the router

Hi,

Thanks for the response. Here is the configuration and version

#show version
Cisco IOS Software, C1900 Software (C1900-UNIVERSALK9-M), Version 15.4(3)M3, RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc2)

#show running-config | sec http
ip http server
ip http authentication local
ip http secure-server
ip http timeout-policy idle 600 life 86400 requests 10000

have you tried multiple browsers , like Chrome and Mozilla to be sure its not related to that , i know we have issues with our ACS and Prime software not working correctly on specific browsers , it looks like the http config is working as your getting some response form the page

reading the doc for 1900 it says it uses the CCP software for gui acess and it has requirements and i would also try https://x.x.x.x:443 or http://x.x.x.x:80 without secure in place

Cisco CP Express End User View is supported on these browsers:

•Mozilla Firefox 10, or later

•Google Chrome 17, or later

Hi,

I have tried using https://x.x.x.x:443 or http://x.x.x.x:80, still the same UI.

I'm using Firefox version 57 and Google Chrome version 63, still the same UI after logging in.

Thanks

what version of CCP is in flash , maybe there is an issue with it , you could try download another one add it to flash and see if that works or maybe update java too on pc , have you tried to access it on another machine too just to rule out the pc
