When i tried boot cisco ws-6504-e chassis then i seen below output;

Waiting (slot 1) for supervisor to come online in other slot.  iteration = 0  
                 Next Retry will be done after 6 seconds

Power down the chassis.  Power up the chassis.  Post the entire boot-up sequence.  I want to see everything.

Solved, i installed legal Cat-OS version to bootdisk: directory, then switch has started with that. Cat-OS version: cat6000-sup720k8.8-6-6a.bin

Hold on ... this is a Boot Image file.  Exactly what are you trying to do?  Where is IOS file?
