Hello.
We have 2 switches cisco WS-C3850-24XS which are collected in the stack.
Is there any ios command to switch off this stack without disconnecting cables.
We need this for activation standalone mode on each device.

We need that each device works as an independent switch.

And introduce a "split-brain" scenario?

No. Thats the point that no split-brain.
You exec the command, the stack is sorted out and devices works correctly.
Is no such command I have to know.

- If you mean long-term as 2 independent switches (again) , then it is also better to full-(factory)-reset them, and build a standalone configuration from scratch. In the end you will need separate management addressing (again) and a 'native-local' configuration (again too). The current stack-master could be used for a short-transition period as-is , but then the same actions are recommended.

There is a command to disable the stacking ports:
switch <1-8> stack port <1-2> disable

Will devices work correctly as standalone after this command?

I am NOT responding to a question as vague as that.
