Cisco WS-C3850-48XS-S reloaded due to Critical process platform_mgr fault on rp_0_0 (rc=134)

Hi Guys,

 

i have one cisco switch WS-C3850-48XS-S with image 16.3.7. this switch reloaded unexpectedly and below is the reason showing.

Last reload reason: Critical process platform_mgr fault on rp_0_0 (rc=134)

Also i have checked crashinfo file and i observed some logs .Please find attachement.

How many switches in this stack? 

Post the complete output to the following commands: 

dir crashinfo-<SWITCH NUMBER>:

I would like to see the output of the above command from every member of the switch.

request platform software trace archive last 2 days 

Run the command above.  
It will manually generate a tracelog file and will be found in the flash-1: folder.  

Upload this file to TAC and get them to analyze it.

 - You may want to try 16.9.5 which is current advisory release for this platform. Check if the problem persists afterwards.

thanks for your suggestion. Actually i am trying to find root cause (Probably bug) with TAC and then will decide for new image.
