cisco WS-C4507R-E i not found restarted up time

we have two switches 1> cisco WS-C4507R-E   2> S 2960

1>  cisco WS-C4507R-E

A4750_1 uptime is 3 days, 9 hours, 58 minutes

Uptime for this control processor is 3 days, 9 hours, 58 minutes

2>  S 2960

_S2960_2 uptime is 3 days, 9 hours, 59 minutes

System returned to ROM by power-on

System restarted at 01:25:49 ist Wed May 1 2013

As per above mention log i found in two different switches.

My question is why i not found "System restarted time in 4507R "?

Because your 4507R doesn't have a valid timesource.

What happens if you do a "sh clock"?  What's the output?

   We already configured NTP on both switches

and by " sh clok " command  I got correct time.....

You can view the last reload time and reason for reload using "show ver"

Hi all,

I have the exact same problem. for some reason my cisco WS-C4507R-E keeps restarting ('System restart') daily.

What could be the reason for this system to be restarted?

Show clock shows the correct time. it is configured to get time from the NTP server.
