Line card failure.  Nothing you can do about it but RMA.

Naitik,

To findout the reason about the module showing as faulty ,Please provide me the following outputs:

show module

show log

show diag result module 1 detail.

Next Action: As Leo stated we cannt do much on this except RMA. But I can tell you what might have gone down due to which the module showing faulty once i get the outputs.

We dont have past log when sup got faulty.

Diagnostic results doesnt look good. can you try reseating(pull out the sup and then insert it back) and check the behavior? if you see the same behavior even after reseating, then the only option would be to replace the sup..

Naitik,

Please do reseating the SUP that should work for you. as you have redundant SUP so no need to worry you can do anytime but I would preffer to take WW from specific customer and do if it is business critical.

Please rate the helpfull posts.

Naidu.

YEs Agreewith both.

1-Try to failover and reseat the Module 1.

2-But My assumption is that the module 1 has gone faulty. Kindly raise the RMA for the same.
