Hello sachipany@ ,
check the topology of Vlan 172, because there might be a bridging loop on it.
Verify with show spanning-tree vlan 172 that all devices agree on the root bridge identity and also the stability of STP itself.
Hope to help
Giuseppe

in addition to Guiseppes response
- did this situation occur recently? or is this happening a long time?
- on the clients check if not BOTH wired and wireless interfaces are connected at the same time
most BIOS have a setting to disable wireless when connected to ethernet/lan
NB! based on the number, Po696 MAY be the (internal) port-channel to the wireless controller blade? but you need to check.

this problem happening last 2 to 3 months

- What is the usage for vlan 172?
- Run this command show span det | in occur|from|exec and share output, this is to see STP stability for all vlans
- is this happening all the time or especific periods?
