CNA lost my RPS 2300s

I have 2 3-switch 3750-E stacks and 2 RPS 2300s. I had been using CNA 5.1 and the switches had IOS version 12.2(35)SE2 loaded. With this combination, I saw the RPS 2300 devices connected to the switch stacks in CNA.

I upgraded the switches first to the same IOS version, but with crypto support and then to the 12.2(35)SE5 rev, also with crypto support. I enabled https and ssh access to the switches and disabled http access.

Afterwards I realized I wasnt seeing the RPS 2300s in the CNA window anymore. I have also upgraded to the latest CNA 5.2 software now (was at 5.1).

When I check Topology Options, on the Filter tab, the line for Redundant Power Supplies is checked.

Any ideas on how to get the RPS 2300s to show back up in CNA?

Thanks,

Dave

It is almost certainly software related.

Consider opening a TAC case for this one.
