Hello,
I remotely monitor a Cisco Catalyst 3560-24TS and was wondering if someone knew the approximate time it takes for a cold reboot and a warm restart for this device. This time will help me configure my alerts for when the switch goes down. I don't have telnet or physical access to the device.
Thanks,
Richard

Hi,
I just tried a cold boot on a 3750E and it took 3:30. So, you should be safe with 5 minutes.

Hi,
Not much of a difference between a cold and warm boot, but it should not take more then 5 minutes for it to reboot completely.
