Is compatible with the cable

- 3M IBM PASSIVE DAC SFP+ CABLE (LENOVO)

Or advise me to buy another cable?

Hi,

The switch module is compatible with Twinax cable, but have never used this particular brand. 

see link and look under "Catalyst 3850 series"

If you already have the cable, you can try it, if it does not work, order one that is compatible with Cisco switches.
