i used to have IOS issue with my 4506-Sup6-E Switch,i was able to recover it using a TFTP server but it still goes to ROMMON mode every time it reboots. i tried changing the cofig-register to 0x2102 but it can't take any effect either.
Can you help me how to permanently fix it? here is how it looks...

I don't know exactly. every time it reboots it goes to ROMMON mode and the only option is to boot it from tftp as it can't be booted from bootflash using "boot" or "boot bootflash:..." command. the "show version" indicates the output shown below,but the dir bootflash: indicates no IOS.

The reason why it goes to ROMmon because there is no valid IOS file(s) in the flash directory.
You need to copy the IOS from the TFTP server to the bootflash.

Sorry for being late.

it says there is no Enough Space on the disc when i try to copy it using
TFTP, what files do i need to delete to free some space?

That's not possible.

The output to the command "dir bootflash:" shows no files.

0x2141 means ignore the startup-config and boot into ROMMON.
