confirm PoE

No none of those blades are POE capable , you can also confirm with show power on the cli

there not POE but to check anyway you would need to be in switch# mode  , enable

show power inline

You don't have POE and that command wont work on CatOS ,and those cards you provided dont support POE
CatOS is like back in the early 2000 , i dont know that syntax is legacy too old , that switch stop being sold in 2005 , upgrade time

All the line cards DO NOT support PoE.
