Connecting N7K and 3560E - Fiber Link

Hi,

How can we connect 3560E switches with 1G uplink to 32 10G module using multimode fiber? In other words, can we connect SFP with SFP+ ? What would be the result?

You can't connect a 1GB port to a 10GB port. It will not work.

Is there a converter or adapter that will help achiveing that? i.e connect 1G with 10G and works as 1G link.

Certain 3560E has 2 Twingig converters to convert a 10GE into 2x 1GE. If you remove the Twingig converter, you can insert 10GE X2 optic and connect the 3560E and N7K with 10GE connection. In another word, I am not aware of any converter to change the N7K's 10GE to 1GE, other than getting the 1GE line card on the N7K.
