Hi

is that only one power supply not working? are you using dual power supplies?

have you connected via correct power codes?

is power slot working correctly? check by connecting different device.

is power supply light indicator up or down?

have you checked with different power source?

are you using AC or DC power supplies with correct input?

if only 1 power supply not working from dual supplies, try to remove and replug power supply to device.

if device up with 1 power supply, use #show env

command to check the power supply status. if it is faulty better start TAC and go for RMA.

Hi,
Please find the below information that you requested

Is that only one power supply not working? Are you using dual power
supplies?

Yes, that's the only one. We've 3 power supplies

have you connected via correct power codes?

Yes

Is the power slot working correctly? check by connecting different devices.

Yes it's working correctly and tried another devices and working normally

Is the power supply light indicator up or down?

Down.

Have you checked with a different power source?

Yes and same issue doesn't work

Are you using AC or DC power supplies with correct input?

AC, sure in correct input.

Note: the power supplies working normally without and problems more than 2
years ago and also i'd like to inform you that the core switch main power
taken from UPS devices

try to remove and replug the power supply.

according to product there should be 4 power supplies for chassis. if other 3 power supplies are in working condition, better try to replace working power supply with faulty one to identify is this issue is related to chassis power supply slot. if not better call for RMA.
