I have an mc3810 and the ios is gone. How do I get an ios in the flash?

if the router is in rommon where reloade, you can load ios via xmodem

Thanks, but the ver of system bootstrap I have does'nt support Xmodem

On a MC3810 you have to use the boot helper image to load the IOS using TFTP.
Procedure is listed here. Look under the heading Installing a Cisco IOS Image in Flash Memory.

I tried the boot but this error message came up..
