Hi,

Please confirm whether this bug is hitted on 3650 as in bug details it is showing hitted model is 3850 series switches  as well please confirm this bug is hitted on 3.7.2E2 version as well

- I can't confirm, since I am not affiliated with CISCO, please contact CISCO TAC for further details on the impact and affected models for this bug.

1.  Please post the complete output to the command "sh proc cpu sort | ex 0.00".

2.  3650 & 3850 share the same IOS code.  If the Bug ID describes the 3850 then the bug will also be present with the 3650.

3.  Raise a TAC Case.  The reason is because Bug IDs (lately) are rarely being updated.  Only TAC can verify if you're hitting this bug or not.

Hello,

on a side note, the bug has this information, so it appears that the 3650 is affected as well:

Further Problem Description:
This can be confirmed by TAC without any impact to the switch.
CSCuz57493 affect 3850/3650 platforms

The workaround is to reload the device, can you do that and check if the problem persists ?
