Ajith,

I noticed, you are running a modular IOS.  If you use a non-modular IOS, it will most likely change the CPU utilization.  It is also recommended to run non-modular. Also, you release version is pretty old. 12.2(33)SXI5 is the latest

Thanks Reza,  I will check it and update..one more

thing I want to know more about IOS-BASE process..if you have any documents or

links pls share it..One more thing is there any Cisco

document which recommending non modular IOS..

Thanks in Advance..

Ajith

Ajith,

document which recommending non modular IOS..>

There is no official document or I have not seen one, but according to Cisco the next major IOS release for 6500 will not have modular version any more.
