Ajith,
I noticed, you are running a modular IOS. If you use a non-modular IOS, it will most likely change the CPU utilization. It is also recommended to run non-modular. Also, you release version is pretty old. 12.2(33)SXI5 is the latest

thing I want to know more about IOS-BASE process..if you have any documents or
links pls share it..One more thing is there any Cisco
document which recommending non modular IOS..

There is no official document or I have not seen one, but according to Cisco the next major IOS release for 6500 will not have modular version any more.
