Is this bug addressed,not much information is shared in cisco bug page.

Please suggest and recommend if upgrading to

16.9.4 can fix this.

Post the complete output to the command "dir crashinfo:".
Raise a TAC Case so TAC can confirm if you're hitting this bug or not. Raising a TAC Case will give anyone the most-recent update to the bug.

Hey!

Version 16.9.3 is listed as known affected release by this bug.
16.9.4 is listed as known fixed release.

Also 16.9.4 is also currently the Cisco recommended version for Cat9200L.

Personally I would recommend to upgrade to 16.9.4,
to answer your question in general.
