Hello Team,

We have configure 802.1dot1x authentication for the wired users as ise as the aaa server.

when the users trying to connect, users are getting the attached message.

What would be reason for the meaasage.

You can check the following steps:

• The server's certificate is not trusted
• The server's certificate has expired
• The client's clock is not synchronized with the server's clock
• The client's software is not up to date
