Hi,

I have N7K-C7010 with N7K-F248XP-25E and wanted to connect N2K-C2232TM-E-10GE, N2K-C2232PP-10GE & N2K-C2248TP-1GE and I read that I can, just wanted to know if I am using L3 Ent License on N7K  so do I need any license for running Fex fabric on the interface on which FEX is connected? 

As I know with Base license on N7K we don't need any license. Please correct me if I am wrong?

Hi,

With any basic license, you should be able to connect to any FEX. So, no special license need it.

Ok, So, in any case, we don't need any license for configuring Fex fabric

Whatever license the switch comes with should be sufficient for FEX connectivity.
