destination host unreachable

Hello everyone

First of all, I buy 2 c3850-24t to stack them as core replacing my old 3650

the new core config the same with the old one 

In the beginning, the new core work very well, but the client complains that they sometimes disconnect to our server

However, I use my PC ping my server, about every 30 minutes will show the reply from destination host unreachable much time 

After that, work very normal...

Any direction I can troubleshooting?

Hi,

Look at the incoming and outgoing interfaces for drops, discord, retransmission, and any other error.

"sh int gigabit x/0/x"  should show you that.

 Only ping the internal device will happen. it works well through the firewall to internet

But the old core working well  confuse me

My edge switch very old like ten years old. 

Is that possible to have compatibility problems?

No sure. Maybe you have some mismatch issues. Hard to tell without understanding your network, the devices you are using and the topology.
