DHCP not working

hello guys 

so i am trying to configure a small network architecture of a hospital using cisco packet tracer thanks to gurutech networking academy, when i configured DHCP i implemented the necessary , including DHCP pool, id helper-address , as you can see in the pkt file , in the HQ site it totally worked but on the Branch side , no departement was able to have dynamic IP addresses.

 Very complex topology.Most of the problems concentrate on this part of the network

Those 2 routers does not communicate. They are connected on wrong interfaces and they have NAT configured.  The OSPF does not come up due this problemas and the Branches Site was isolated from the HQ.

On the file attached the DHCP is working. I had to fix the interface problem and remove the NAT.  I also put the layer3 switch in the OSPF network.
