dhcp on 851W Router FE4 no longer working.

I have my WAN (fastethernet4) interface configured for DHCP and it has worked just fine up until last week. I can't tell from the debug why it no longer is able to pull down an address. This is through a cable modem. I can connect a PC fine and have it pull down an address.

The Error from "debug dhcp detail" is "DHCP: QScan: Timed out Selecting state%Unknown DHCP proble

m.. No allocation possible"

When I try to do "renew dhcp fastethernet 4" I get a response "Not in Bound state"

Does anyone have an clue what I am doing wrong? (see attached debug and config)

Thanks in advance.

Jay

I have done shut/no shut on the router.

I have powered on and off

I have configured access and applied to interface. List to permit bootps and bootpc (actually permit any)

I have ip route 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 dhcp
