what is the difference between the Catalyst 4507R+E         Switch and Catalyst 4507R-E         Switch

The additional bandwidth per slot is the only real difference between the 2 chassis _

Adding to Jon. Please also bear in mind the minimal SW requirments for both chassis. Those are slightly different.
