Only the GLC-TX will support 10/100/100. If you want the SFP to support 100mbps (only) then you need to look at the following link:
Cisco 100BASE-FX SFP Fast Ethernet Interface Converter on Gigabit SFP Ports

The Cisco 100BASE-FX SFP on Gigabit SFP ports is supported on Cisco Catalyst 3750, 3560, and 2970 series switches.

Short answer is yes. Have a look at the Q&A for the 3750, the "Technology Overview" section, about 1/3 of the way down -

Thanks Jon
I checked the Q&A and it does not specifically state that the 3750-12S supports 10/100/1000.
What I could find is:
Is the below refering to the 3750-S SFP ports, by stating the SFP port it is implicit that all SFP support 10/100/100?
Can the 1000BASE-T SFP support 10/100/1000 speeds?
