does not add the speed of SG300 lacp ports

hello community.

On this occasion, configure an etherchannel between an sg300 28P switch and a C9200 24p 4x, forming an etherchannel with two 1Gb ports, trunk type.

It works perfectly, unlike when checking the speed of the port-channel port, on the C9200 switch it shows me a bandwidth of 2Gb, but on the SG300 it shows a speed of 1Gb.

Monitoring the port-channel port, the link is congested, which is limited to 1Gb of bandwidth.

Questions.

Does the LAG via the LACP protocol in the SG300 Switch add to the speed of the ports, it only offers redundancy?

Would I be omitting any step that allows the port speed to be added?
