Hello. I have Cisco L3 switch wich connected to ESXI via trunk and I have two vlans for servers. VM In Vlan 10 trying to connect to others VM in Vlan 10 but I can't receive ARP reply from others VM and gateway in Vlan 10. But if I switch this VM to Vlan 20 everything works fine. Can you help me to solve this issue?

If other Windows VM able to send ARP entries to switch, and only New VM not sending ARP requests, i will investigate on VM Side also look at Esxi shell level?

Port setup as trunk. Vlan 1 is native. Other VM in vlan 10 has IP address and I can ping these VM but only new VM has problem with ARP.

Can you provide the switch side config the port connected to Esxi and what is the New VM ? Windows or Linux ?

switch config for ports that connected to esxi
interface GigabitEthernet1/33
switchport
switchport mode trunk
switchport trunk allowed vlan 10,20
speed 1000
duplex full

interface GigabitEthernet2/33
switchport
switchport mode trunk
switchport trunk allowed vlan 10,20
speed 1000
duplex full

New VM - Windows. I have a couple of VMs in VLAN 10 which work fine. I created new windows vm and connected to vlan 10.

windows vm has static ip address. All the vms has static ip addresses.

If other Windows VM able to send ARP entries to switch, and only New VM not sending ARP requests, i will investigate on VM Side also look at Esxi shell level?
