There are 2 way to Fix this issue.

If you looking for bigger bandwidth you can do as below :

1. If the L2 make a Port-channel.

https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/lan-switching/etherchannel/12028-68.html

You can also do below option :

2. you can also do other option using IGP with OSPF,

choose which one suites your needs

How to Ask The Cisco Community for Help

Hi dude:

As far as I see, maybe is an STP Problem. In fact, you can check the status of STP with these commands on Cisco 2960:

Globally
show spanning-tree

show spanning-tree summary

Interface
show spanning-tree interface Gi0/0

Vlan

show spanning-tree vlan 1

In addition, you can try to configure STP and SG300 following the steps from that guide:

https://www.voipsupply.com/downloads/dl/file/id/149/cisco_300_series_switches_admin_guide.pdf

Also, you can try with Etherchannel on both sides , check this link:

https://pinoyittechnotes.wordpress.com/2016/06/16/lacp-between-catalyst-and-sg300-series-switches/

Kind Regards.

If my advice was useful, please do not forget to say Thank you :) with a star.
