Dual DHCP solutions with routers?

We have had a bug with Cisco for years now that when a site is dual homed (2 different ISP's on 2 diff interfaces of router) with dhcp ip provided by both providers, the site never seem to fail over or back correctly. Anyone have a WORKING config that runs this scenario?

Can you tell us what type of redundant links you have,provide us with the config and explain further the problem you're facing.
