There is a bug with EIGRP with control plane ICMP traffic . ICMP traffic is not working from 2960XR from one particular subnet . It started working after I removed the eigrp neighbor from the switch. As a workaround, we have blocked the route and traffic has been passing through the default route .
Is there a bug for EIGRP control plane ICMP traffic ?

Not that we are aware of any bug like that, what is the version of code running on device?
If that is only a subnet, I will check any loop In the redistribution, check where it learning from.
how extensive is this network?

Version 15.2(7)E2
It's a stack switch and it's connected to the ISR routers 4331 and 4321. An Eigrp neighbor is formed between both the routers .
