We have DMVPN tunnels configure and eigrp running on DMVPN.
From last one week i have seeing logs message that eigrp is flapping on dmvpn neighbors.Link between the 2 sites is stable
Kindly advise show ver is attached from the switch

Is the tunnel going up/down? How you running this with Ipsec over the internet? If so are you experiencing problems with your internet connection? Is there any good information in the logs, or any recent config changes?

I'll assume EIGRP is running AS 100.
If you debug eigrp does that provide any useful information?

Please ask your ISP if they facing any L2 connectivity issue in cloud, since this is Lease-Line connection but still there could be some connectivity issue at ISP edge if both remote sides A&B are stable. flapping of EIGRP has many reason, it could be connectivity issue, SIA etc.
Did you see any abnormal logs on device or in Syslog if so?
