Enabling POE+ in Cisco Switch

I have Cisco 2960 switch. I want to enable POE+ on this switch.

Is there any special command which will enable POE+ in the switch ? If so please let me know how to enable POE+

Attached is the device specification of the device which i am going to connect. It says POE 25W. When i connect the device  default only 15.4 W is only getting allocated.  So in this case what should i do ?

Like I said before, configure the port for 25.0w.

For LLDP support does both the switch port & the end device should support LLDP or only the switch port should switch port.

Post the output of the command 'show power inline gigabitEthernet x/y detail'

This should show you what type of PD the switch thinks is connected.
