Error in 3750 switch

hi,

getting error while try to copy run conf to tftp in 3750 switch other devices don't have issues only this model facing the error

(tftp server ip pinging no firewall on pc )

Please helpme anyone

What is the version of your 3750 switch? You might want to post your question on the LAN Switching section of the forum instead:

If you can tftp from other devices to the same tftp server, then i would believe that it's probably a software bug on the 3750 switch. Assuming that you can ping the tftp server from the switch, that means you have the routing set correctly.

Hi

If there is reachability(ping) between the switch(3750) and the tftp server, check any "ip tftp source-interface" on the configuration of the switch.
