Hi Am getting frequent disconnection in few ports i have checked diag result everything perfect but in logging am getting the below error is this cause port disconnection and let me know how to solve this error.
%PM_SCP-SP-2-LCP_FW_ERR_INFORM: Module 5 is experiencing the following error: Port #5 transient TX Pb error.

No Not yet we need to do soft reset or hard reset ?

It is hard reset. Be careful reseating a module will cause on outage for all the ports in that module.

Not reset - reSEAT. Pull the card out of the slot and push it back in. If the problem still continues then you will need to set the diagnostic level to complete and reseat again. Could turn out to be a hardware issue on that card and you may need to open a TAC case.
