Hello Team,
Please I need your support, my device c4500e IOS 12.X sends the next message and the supervisor leds with an amber alert. When I connect to the console, this is in rommon mode, anybody know because occur this?

It is self explanatory. The fan in power supply 2 has failed.
You'll need a Cisco maintenance contract, and you'll need to get the power supply replaced.

Hi Philip,
Ok I understand, so the error in the supervisor (Led is in ambar-orange) is another problem or is other symptoms of the problem of the power supply?

Unless you have a double failure, it will be just the power supply fan.
