I've read a few posts around about these messages being caused by:

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/hw/switches/ps708/products_tech_note09186a00801b42bf.shtml#module

*The module has to be reseated right.

OR

*The module is faulty.

Needed some opinions about this case since it was kind of weird.

Apart from that, I'd like to know if these modules are in the right slot for each of them, I've checked them in cisco site, but still needed a few more opinions about it, it's something I'd like to confirm somehow.

Kind regards.

Kind regards.

Hi,

I researched it there is no issue with the firmware.

Kindly follow the recommendation suggested in the link which you mentioend and collect the below ouptut:

Here are the steps for setting the diagnostic level to complete and reseating the module :

1.            Switch(config)#diagnostic bootup level complete

2.            Switch(config)#end

3.            Switch#write memory

4.            Switch(config)# No power enable module

5.            Physically pull out and reseat the module firmly in the chassis to hard-reset the module.

6.            Switch(config)# power enable module

If still it throws the error then we have to replace the module.

There is an workaround to avoid this error:

Disable the test with the command

(config)#no diagnostic monitor module 3 test TestErrorCounterMonitor

HTH
