Etherchannel LAG Between WLC 2504 and 4500´s VSS.

Hi community,

Some peaple know if with this lines I can configure a etherchannel LAG between one WLC 2504 and 2 Switch´s 4500 in mode VSS?

This configuration is on the WLC 2504:

interface GigabitEthernet <interface id>
switchport
channel-group <id> mode on
no shutdown

And this configuration is on the VSS.

interface port-channel <id>
switchport
switchport trunk encapsulation dot1q
switchport trunk native vlan <native vlan id>
switchport trunk allowed vlan <allowed vlans>
switchport mode trunk
no shutdown

In the WLC I have 3 interfaces, managment (VLAN 10) SSID RH-DATOS, voip-interface (VLAN 20) RH-VOIP, virtual-ip interface, so, if I active in the GUI WLC the option LAG and in the console I configure the etherchannel is possible that the configuration of these two ssid´s can be erased?

Regards and thank you!

Hello,

according to Cisco:

When you enable LAG, all dynamic AP-manager interfaces and untagged interfaces are deleted, and all WLANs are disabled and mapped to the management interface. Also, the management, static AP-manager, and VLAN-tagged dynamic interfaces are moved to the LAG port.
