Can someone explain to me if this cable is good or bad?

Basically, this means the cable will not support 1 Gbps and PoE.

The length of Pair B is a bit dodgy.

The length of Pair B is a bit dodgy.

Let me expland on this.  Look at the distance detected of Pair "B".

I've got a suspicion that whatever is on this link is flapping.  If my suspicion is correct, there's a potential short with the cable directly connected to the switch.  It is showing "normal" possibly due to the vibration of the switch which causes the pins to lightly touch the cable that, sometimes, can cause the pair to flap regularly.

Thanks Leo you have cleared the muddy water. The port is not flapping except for when I run the TDR. The NIC on the printer is only capable of 100/Full and for now the Gig and POE are not important.

That's not possible unless you are running a very old IOS.  Newer IOS will not bring the link down when conducting a TDR.
