after we deploy vlans we faced that we cant rejoin PC to the active directory with the same name again and it was worked fine when in work group environment,

routing is working perfect between VLAN and can ping and resolve domain name when using NS-lookup by name or IP so what is the problem

Note : Vlan route by L3 switch

DHCP on separate server this server include DNS & PDC

I am not clear about some things in this post. You tell us that " we cant rejoin PC to the active directory with the same name again" does that mean that you can join the active directory with a different name? Or is it that you can not join the active directory at all?

Can you confirm that the PC connected in the vlan has IP connectivity (can ping etc) to PDC?

firstly im sorry if I can't explain,

yes joining the active directory with a different name works but when I reinstall the windows and rename the machine with the previous name it doesn't work if I put this machine in server VLAN it work with any issue

also i can ping and lookup the domain name from any vlan without any problem

Thanks for the additional information. It is interesting that you can join using a different name. To me that suggests that it may be more of a domain issue that a switch/vlan issue. When you attempt to join using the same name are there any messages in the logs of the domain server?
